Browsing of products, game systems, and content add-ons does not require logging in. However, account login is required to checkout – or even to add most items to the cart.

Once logged in, any purchased product licenses are associated with that account, as are any unlocked game systems and/or content. After purchases are made, your account provides an overview of everything you have access to and a history of the orders you’ve placed.

Classic Users: Existing Classic users must create and log in to a free account that will securely track both your old and new licenses and purchases. Once created, please hook up your existing Classic license to the account as a one-time operation. You can then purchase Classic add-ons for your existing license and/or new product options. There is no requirement to utilize Hero Lab Online.
